She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lewis and Marilyn Lewis (Cunningham); and her grandson Michael Van Woert. She is survived by: her husband Daryl Van Woert of Corning; her sons, Scott D. Van Woert (Dawn Sellard) of Corning, NY and Brett Van Woert (Heidi Walters) of Corning, NY; her grandchildren, Brittany, Scottie, Blake and Jack Van Woert; and her sisters, Kathy Lewis Flake and Michele Lewis Knapp.
