She was predeceased by: her brother John Payne; and her parents, Lloyd Payne and Patricia Payne (Dyer). She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Payne (Joan), Elizabeth Payne, Lloyd Payne (Brenda), Patricia Rubio (Miguel) and Ed Payne (Terri); and her nieces and nephews, Jessica Payne, Robert Payne, Cordel Rubio, Miguel Rubio, Jr., Oralenny Pena, Crystal Knickerbocker and Michelle Lancaster.
Memorial donations may be made to Guthrie Cancer Center or to a charity of one's choice.
