He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sorge and Helen Sorge (Warren); his daughter Corrie L. Sorge; and his sister-in-law Paula Gullo. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Sorge; his sons, Charles Sorge Jr. (Heather) of Tioga and Mark Sorge of Arizona; his brother Francis Michael Sorge of Corning; his brothers-in-law, Sam Gullo of Painted Post and Jeffrey Gullo of Bath; his grandchildren, Destiny Sorge, Gage Sorge, Aiden Sorge and Chloe Sorge; and his godson Joe Bamonti of South Carolina. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all services will be private.
