It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia E. Stiles (Corning, New York), who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecilia E. Stiles to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Gomes and Cecilia Gomes (Luiz); and her husband James E. Stiles. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Rappa (Eric) of Minneola, FL and Kristopher Stiles (Tami) of Buffalo, NY; her grandchildren, Ashlynn, Aryn and Kira Stiles; and her sisters, Linda Flynn (Bob) of Syracuse, NY and Mary Ann Stamilio (Tom) of Punta Gorda, FL. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carpenter's Funeral Home (14 E Pulteney St, Corning, NY 14830). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (155 State St, Corning, NY 14830).
