It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol McDonough (Corning, New York), who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol McDonough to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Henry Button. She is survived by: her parents, James Houpt and Annette Houpt; her husband David McDonough of Caton; her siblings, Roberta Button of Rochester, NY, Robert Houpt (Vicki) of Greenville, SC and Charlie Houpt (Lisa) of Clearwater, FL; her mother-in-law Gail McDonough of Endicott, NY; her sister-in-law Michele McDonough (Tom Volpe) of Evanston, IL; and her pets, Molly, Maya, Joey, Gabby, Lacey and Luca. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; 5 great-nephews; and many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's name can be made to The American Diabetes Foundation or to the SPCA.
