It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian R. Wood (Corning, New York), who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Wood and Helen Wood (Bowles); and his brothers, Robert and Roger Wood. He is survived by: his wife Celin Peters; his children, Katie Wood (John Monk) of Painted Post, Sarah Cady (Joshua) of Caton, NY and Markus Larson (Tara Chapman) of Prattsburgh, NY; his siblings, Lorraine Lowery of Savona and Larry Comfort (Lynn) of Savona; his grandchildren, Marissa, John Jr., Dominik, Derek, Reese, Hailey, Brayden, Ella, Oliviana, Abigail, Eddy and Ezekiel; his sisters-in-law, Wendy Wood of Hornell, NY and Kirsta Hall of Florida; and his mother-in-law Marcia Peters. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
