She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Kushan and Celia Wilfrom Kushan; her husband Leonard M. Usiak; her children, Brian Usiak (Kathy) of Painted Post, NY and Karen Kingsley (Robert) of Wichita; and her grandchildren, Domino-Marie Usiak (Brad) and Matthew Kingsley (Lauren Wynne).
