It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Russell of Corning, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Themelis and Josephine Themelis (Kondrk); her husband Franklin L. Russell; and her siblings, Donald Themelis, Mary Bowen and Emeline Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay Edwards (David) of Las Vegas, NV, Joseph Russell (Vicki) of Loma, CO, Gary Russell (Leigh), David Russell (Cindy) of Buffalo, NY, Robert Russell (Lori) of Youngstown, NY and Matthew Russell (Jamie) of Clemmons, NC; and her siblings, Marie Cassetta of Bogota, NJ and John Themelis (Cynthia) of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
