She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Wheaton and Sara Wheaton (Smith); her son Larry Paul Jones; and her siblings, Frances Waters, Betty Black, Jean Palmer, Ruth Hoaglin, Joan Waldron, Esther Barney, Shirley Balch, Clyde Wheaton Jr., David Wheaton, Alfred Wheaton and Helen Wheaton.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Jones; her children, Debbie (Sean) of Asheboro, NC, Jerry (Chrip) of Winston-Salem, NC and Jack (Gail) of Valdosta, GA; her niece Sarah; her grandchildren, Patrick (Sarah), Marcus (Loren), Sarah, Heather, Misty and Travis; and her siblings, Daniel and Patricia. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
