She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Smith and Ava Smith (Carson). She is survived by: her children, Kevin Blake (Fay) of Jacksonville, FL, Judy Mullikin (Alan) of Lexington, VA, Terry Blake of Pensacola, FL and Laurie Morse (Robert) of Cypress, TX.; her sisters, Wilma Alderman of Painted Post, NY and Joyce Tapley (William) of Midland, TX; and her grandchildren, Amy Rapp (Robert), Kristine Harris (Jimmy), Trevor Mullikin (Lisa), Aaron Mullikin (Lisa), William Bonham, Emily Brucker, Tiffany Shaffery (David), Hunter Blake, Michael Morse (Lisa) and Mark Morse (Kimberly). She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
