He is survived by: his wife Teri; his children, Lori Smith (Darrin), Jeffrey DeRubbo (Kerry), Jessica DeRubbo (Matt) and Daniel DeRubbo (Elaine); his grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Kyle Smith and Genevieve DeRubbo; his stepchildren, Heather Duben (Christian) and Shelly Calease (Jared); and his stepgrandchildren, Gabriella, Zachary Duben, Finley and Willow Calease.
