He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Garner. He is survived by: his parent Anna Garner (Vinson); his siblings, Robert J. Garner (Jennifer) of Crozet, VA and Marlene St; his nieces, Samantha Gulisano (Brandon), Sadie Garner and Lydia Garner; and his nephew Ryan St.
