He is survived by: his grandparents, Michael and Helen Kokot; his parents, Ronald Cummings and Sharon Cummings; his grandmother Irene Cummings; and his aunts and uncles, Sylvia Kohorst (Douglas), Sandy Green, Michael Kokot (Laurie), Rita Benda, Donald Cummings (Pat) and Marie Dylag (Dave).
