He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Andre and Olive Andre (Bartlett); his son Matthew; and his siblings, Richard, Bob, Francis "Buzz", Rose Patterson, Leona Perry and Arlean Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Sherry West, Margie Steffen and James Andre II; his grandchildren, James Andre III, Ashleigh Andre, Matthew Andre, Jr., Michael Andre, Marissa Andre and Mitchel Andre; his sister Anna Nichols (Ed); and his brother-in-law Edward Snyder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
