He is survived by: his children, Kathie Blake (Craig), David Duzen (late Debbie), Dale Fennell (Karen), Kimberly Schamberg (Dave) and Corey Duzen (Jill); and his grandchildren, Scott Blake (Channing), Aaron Blake, Richard Fennell III, Lindsay Fennell, Morgan Contreras (Cristian), Breanne Duzen and Amber Duzen. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
