She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignazio Mortellaro and Carmella Mortellaro (Dorsey); her husband Alfred M. McVay Sr.; her daughter Cathy Hein; and her siblings, Mary Cassaro (Tony), Jenny Stellar, Casper Mortellaro (Elaine) and Frank Mortellaro (Arlene).
She is survived by: her close friend Carol Grasso; her children, Jeannie Mazurowski (John) of Pittsburgh, PA, Mark McVay (Kelly) of Batavia and Alfred McVay Jr. (Donna) of Crestview, FL; her son-in-law Marty Hein (Kathie) of Batavia; her grandchildren, Kelly Albenze (Erik), Phillip Mazurowski (Marti), Mitchell Mazurowski (Kayleigh), Maxwell Mazurowski (Clarissa), Joseph Santini (Britney), Mackenna Fagan (Joshua), Alex McVay (Maria), Brittany Hein (Adam) and Stacy Hein (Eric); and her siblings, Rose Vanvalkenburg (Russ), Anthony Mortellaro (Shirley), Joseph Mortellaro (Sandy) and Richard Mortellaro (Kathy). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
