She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Otten and Elaine Otten. She is survived by: her children, Robert Matzuga (Krista), Jaimie Cano (Danny) and Julie Nash (Justin); her sisters, Linda Ward (Cliff) and Carol Dovi (Ray); and her grandchildren, Olivia Laudicina, Ariana Laudicina, Savannah Nash, Rylee Nash, Nicolas Cano and Christian Cano.

Memorial donations can be made in Susan's name to American Cancer Society or similar organizations.
