Garcia (Coram, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Stoop and Catherine Stoop; and her close friend Joann Cotter. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Clark and Katie Dowling; her sons-in-law, Jason Clark and Matt Dowling; her grandchildren, Angelina, Nathan Dowling, Debbie, Jillie and Cassie; and her godson Anthony Cotter (Lori Cotter).
