With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Maria Cavanaugh of Coram, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob "Jack" and Virginia Scheer. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Cavanaugh (Jennifer) and Marie Cavanaugh (Stephen); her granddaughter Hannah Cavanaugh-Hobin; and her siblings, Gretchen Wissmann (Barry), Howard Scheer (Carol) and Greg Scheer (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews; and countless friends.
