He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joy Mathews and Dr. Samuel Mathews; his siblings, Susan Murphy (Paul) of West Sayville, Leslie Mathews (Jeena) of Georgia and Lordly Mathews (Cami) of Coram; and his nieces, Danielle, Amy and Abigail.
