She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrzej Uzar and Franciszka Uzar; her husband Antoni Czaja; and her siblings, Jozef, Wladyslaw, Henryk, Tadeusz and Zofia Madry.
She is survived by: her daughter Anna; her son-in-law Andrew Glaz; her granddaughters, Agnes Lach (Krzysztof), Sylvia Glaz and Jessica Glaz; her son Jan; her daughter-in-law Danuta Czaja; her grandchildren, Lukasz Czaja, Kamil Czaja and Bartlomiej Czaja; her siblings, Jan Uzar (Celina), Maria Papaj, Sr., Bogna (Stefania Uzar) and Czeslaw Uzar (Barbara); and her pets, Gunner, Marvin and Cayenne.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Stanislawa's name to the Our Lady of the Assumption Auditorium Restoration Fund to restore the fire damaged building is appreciated.
