It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon McCormick of Copenhagen, New York, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Phinney and George Phinney; her stepfather Mel Fyles; her brother George Phinney; her nieces and nephews, Barbara, Cheryl, Lori, Brian and Mark; and also, Trip and Alexandra.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald McCormick; her daughters, Carol Goutremout, Sherry Smith (Ron), Jenny Martinez (Anthony) and Jari-Lynn Tolan (Scott); her grandchildren, Kate Goutremout, Anthony Smith, Sara Goutremout and Haley Cruise (James); her great grandchild Arianna Doldo; and her brother John Phinney (Willene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
