She is survived by: her former spouse Everrett H. Card; her daughters, Pam McDonald (Chris) and Tina (Donnie); her sisters, Blanche Miles, Nancy Johnson (Kenny) and Janette Kerr (Larry) of Liverpool, NY; her grandchildren, Christopher McDonald (Brandi), Michael McDonald (Cassandra), Jon Myers (Amy) and JoEllen LaFontaine (Brian); her great grandchildren, Steven Ainsworth (Mykal), Caitlyn Ainsworth (Cody), Sophia McDonald, Aubrie McDonald, Christian Hejke of Norfolk, VA, Trevor Myers, Nicholas Hejke and Steven Christopher Ainsworth; and her daughter Deborah June. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
