He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Clemons; his sister Ida Weiler; his sister-in-law Patricia A. Clemons; and his parents, Merwin Clemons and Nancy Stoffel Clemons.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanie Powell (Gregory), Mike Clemons of Barnes Corners, Tami Kogut (Mike) of Watertown, Phil Clemons (Sharon) of Mannsville and Penny Thomas (Bernard) of Mannsville; and his siblings, Betty Chase, LeRoy Clemons and Ernie Clemons (Marlene). He is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
