It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Snyder of Copenhagen, New York, born in Lowville, New York, who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Arthur and Flora Arthur (Weller); her siblings, Delvan, Floyd Arthur, Ada Hulbert and Genevieve Chase; and her children-in-law, Thomas Carroll and MaryAnne Snyder.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford F. Snyder; and her children, Rita Carroll of Copenhagen, Gerald Snyder of Copenhagen, Bernard (Susan Snyder) of Florida, Melvin Snyder of Copenhagen, Bruce Snyder of Copenhagen, Gary (Barbara Snyder) of Vinton, Virginia, Roger (Catherine Snyder) of Copenhagen, Marvin and Pat Snyder (Mark Keefe) of Virginia. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and several special nieces and nephews.
