He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia A. Howard Sr. (Hall) of Watertown, NY and David W. Howard; his children, Damian Howard, Julia Irene Howard, Ethan Michael Howard of Carthage, NY and Mackenzie Shea Howard of Carthage, NY; his granddaughter Charlotte Irene Howard-Doney; his sister Katrina Marie; his brother-in-law Michael Odett of Watertown, NY; his nephews, Alex and Jakob; and his niece Meghan. He is also survived by many cousins aunts and uncles.
