Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Virginia Ann Sander (Copake, New York), who passed away at the age of 86, on December 27, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Scholz and Frances Scholz; her husband Peter; her children, Valerie Frey (James), Peter G. Sander (Kara), Frances Foley (John) and Christine Foster (Tim); her sister Frances Stang; and her nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Nathan, Thomas, Meaghan, Jordan, Jessica, Peter, Jacob, Georgeanna, Tristan and Jason. She was also cherished by her mother and sisters.
In keeping with New York State guidelines and at the request of the family and funeral home we kindly ask that all who attend please wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family are invited to donate to the charity of their choice in her memory.
