He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Durwood Van Sise and Josephine Van Sise (Mitchell); and his brothers, Roger Van Sise and Wade Van Sise. He is survived by: his significant other Edna Van Sise; his brother Jan Van Sise (Cricket Van Sise) of Summerville, SC; his children, William Van Sise (Melonie Van Sise) of Pine Plains, NY, George Van Sise (Wanda Van Sise) of Palenville, NY, Joan Dibono (Leo Dibono) of Hopewell Junction, NY, David Van Sise (Adele Van Sise) of Seminole Florida, Edna Governale (Joseph Governale) of Pawling, NY and Roy Van Sise (Laura Van Sise) of Pleasantville, NY.; and his pet Ashley. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice and Northeast Baptist Church.
