He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Hoffman and Ida E. Hoffman; and his siblings, Harry B. Hoffman, Helen Swart and Erna Miclette.
He is survived by: his son Jamie; his daughter-in-law Melissa Hoffman; his daughter Nicole Hoffman; his sister Mary Ella Wesley; and his grandchildren, Megan, Mason and Samson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
