He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Deane and Pauline Deane (Finkle); his wife Helen; his son Archie III; and his brothers, Bobby and Pete.

He is survived by: his children, David Deane (Carol) of Pine Plains and Audrey Kemp (Keven) of Pine Plains. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
