He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Fay and Mary Reed (Hester) of Groton, NY; and his son-in-law Patrick Hoysradt of Ancram, NY.. He is survived by: his sisters, Hilda Updike (Reed), Vivian Kratochvil (Reed), Frances Palmer (Reed) and Helen Gillis (Reed); and his children, Michael Reed (Beth), Nancy Lynch (Tim), Pam Hoysradt, Mark Reed (Julie), Jean Harpp and Robert Reed (Pam). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
