It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry M. Clapper (Cooperstown, New York), born in Oneonta, New York, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Clapper; his former spouse Shirley Clapper; his daughter Tammy Sue Clapper; his sister Linda Shove (Clapper); his brother-in-law Gary Shove; and his brother Mark Clapper.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Clapper (Card) of Otego; his daughters, Catina Hall (Michael) of Maryland and Misty Cintron of Otego; his fiancée JoAnn Furlan; his partner's children, Gabriella and Maralina of Cooperstown; his siblings, David (Karen), Raymond (Agnes), Louis (Brenda), Richard, Jerilynn and Susan; his sister-in-law Rose; his grandchildren, Kiana, Justina, Aubrey and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Layleigh and Nevaeh. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in memory of Terry M. Clapper to the Recreational Relief Fund for Cancer Patients, C/O Friends of Bassett, 1 Atwell Rd., Cooperstown, NY 13326, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
