He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Noonan and Anna Noonan (Vail). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Daley (Noonan); his children, Master Sergeant (Kay Keeper), Kenneth Noonan (Teddi) and Joyce Noonan Walerstein (Scott) of Utica, NY.; his grandchildren, Kasey (Brian Baillie), Travis Noonan, Trevor Noonan, Kali Noonan, Megan Chapman (Randy McCaw), Glenn (Tera Chapman), Aaron Walerstein, Marc (Geo Muratore) and Rachel Walerstein; his great grandchildren, Ethan McCaw, Mitchel, Emmy and Quinn Baillie; and his sisters, Ellen Alicia Noonan, Mary Pierce, Ann Unser and Rose Sexton.
