She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Hooker and Irah Davis Hooker; and her siblings, Violet Schultz (Raymond), Daisey Smith (Midge), Winifred Earley (Phil), Howard Hooker and Gerald Hooker (Bettye).
She is survived by: her son Larry Prunoske (Susan); her grandchildren, Jessica Puma (Edward) and Aaron Prunoske; her great grandchildren, Issac Puma and Gavin Puma; and her siblings, Gertrude French (Don), Norma Depetris (John) and Gail Hooker (Julie).
