He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Bell (McNeil); his parents, William Bell and Doris Bell (Murray); his siblings, Donald, William Jr., David, Linda, Carl, Calvin and Louise Bell; and his daughter Deborah Mitchell (LaPradd).
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Bell-Wallace, Sabrina Bell and Douglas LaPradd; his siblings, Benjamin, Lettie Seefeldt (Bell) and Curtis; his stepchildren, Thelma, Coral (Rouhier) and James Wing; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Tanya (Brenden) and Dylan Wallace. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
