He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Williams and Helen Williams (Heath); his wife Evelyn "Evie" Williams (Hutton); and his brother Thomas Williams. He is survived by: his children, Martha Williams Eldridge and Donn H. Williams; his grandchildren, Richard Eldridge and Kristin Eldridge; and his siblings, Larry Williams and Martha Williams Schon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
