He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Chapman and Mary L. Chapman; his siblings, Ron Chapman and Debbie Holmes; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Holmes and Robert Pakish.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Pakish, Gloria Pawlikowski (Joseph), Joyce Brown (Daniel) and Randy Chapman.
