He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Faulkner and Verna Williams Faulkner; and his brother Leigh. He is survived by: his significant other Patti; and his children, Kimberly, Theresa Niles (Lucas) and Michael. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
