We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 57, Cynthia Fregoe of Constantia, New York, born in Massena, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Burrows and Phyllis Burrows (Ensinger); and her children, Daniel, Ralph and Mose.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel; her children, Jennifer Fregoe, Jamie Fregoe, Stephanie Fregoe, Sarah Fregoe and Gordon Fregoe; her siblings, Sue, Karl, Ralph and Elma; and her granddaughter Jaelyn Lent. She is also survived by several brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
