He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Fruin; and his brother Timothy Fruin. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Kelly Fruin; his children, Sueann Teal Edwards (Woody) and Thomas Fruin; his grandchildren, Haywood, Jayden and Hayley; his significant other Patti Bourgeois; his siblings, Jerry Fruin (Dorinda), Jackie Lynn Deardorff (Ron) and Bruce Fruin (Jay); his sister-in-law Kathy Fruin; his stepmother Joannie Fruin; and his half-brother Greg Fruin (Kimberly).
