Higby (Leffingwell); his daughter Dawn Zagurski (Joe); his parents-in-law, Joe and Margaret Schindler; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Jerry Pfendler; his sister Anna; his brother-in-law Leslie Ottman; his brothers, Carl, Ray, Leroy and Charles Higby; his siblings-in-law, Janet Higby, Wayne Schinder and Francis Northrup; and his niece Julie Schinlder.
He is survived by: his wife Roxie; his children, Lorrie Hutchins (Doug), Myles Higby (Kim Roggie), Lillian Metott (Steve), Constablevivlle, Louise Reese (Robin) and Michael Higby (Carrie); his grandchildren, Keith Pfendler (Michelle), Carrie Dolan (Joe), Tracy Salmon (Ryan), Chad Hutchins (Amanda), Timothy Higby, Jessica Woolwine (James), Steven Metott, Jr. (Arica), Dustin Reese (Candy), Ava, Katherine Thoden (John), Christopher (Brooke), Andrew Higby, Rylee and Raina Zagurski; his siblings, Margaret Northrup, Carolyn Akin, Robert Higby (Rita), John Higby and Mary Lou Randall; his siblings-in-law, Eli Schinder (Bev), William Schindler (Phyllis), Mary Chase (Rick), Barb Schindler and Barb Higby; and his aunts, Anne Hirschey and Anna Burdick (Everett). He is also survived by His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
