He was predeceased by: his spouse Anna; and his brothers-in-law, Karl, Raymond and LeRoy Higby. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Margaret Northrup of Lowville, Carolyn Ankin (James) of Lowville, Mary Lou Randall, Myles Higby (Roxie), Boonville, Robert Higby (Rita), West Leyden, John Higby and Constableville; and his close friends, Robert, Becky Cummings, Turin, Allen and Beth Filey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
