He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendelin Duppert and Catherine Bernholz Duppert; his sisters, Margaret Petrovitz, Eva Shambo and Barbara Narrow; and his aunt Lorena Bernholz.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Baxter; his children, Wendell J. of Brooklyn, Andrew D. of Brooklyn and Judith A. Lowville; his sister Ann Colleen of Danville, IL.; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Baxter (Kathy), Donald Shambo and Nancy (Warren Perry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
