Philip G. Safford Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip G. Safford (Constable, New York), born in Lancaster, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Safford and Mildred Whiting Safford; and his wife Margaret Rushlow. He is survived by: his niece Charlotte Perry of Constable; and his siblings-in-law, Conrad Rushlow of Constable, NY. and Elizabeth Wells of Helena, NY.. He is also survived by four stepdaughters, five step grandchildren, fourteen step great grandchildren.
Donations may be made in his memory to the Constable Volunteer Fire Department or E.M.S. or to the J.C.E.O.
