He was predeceased by: his parent Ivan P. Jock. He is survived by: his parent Marie L. Jock (Stapleson); his spouses, Cynthia Mitchell and Barbara Buckshot-Jock; his daughters, Rachel King, Bryan King of Akwesasne, Amber Boswell and Gabriel Boswell of Denver, Colorado; his stepdaughter Tacala Buckshot (Kasennakeron Stacey) of Akwesasne; his grandchildren, Madison King, Santaye Buckshot-Lazore and Santeea Stacey; and his siblings, Norma Jock, Kathi Jock of Akwesasne, Heidi Jock of Cornwall, Juanita Shanklin, Donald Shanklin of Montana, James Jock of Massena, Francis Jock, Linda Jock of Bombay and Jerome Jock of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Marty also was a regular blood donor and even after death, he continued to give through the gift of tissue and organ donation.
