He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph and Mary LaPrad (Landry); his parents, Oliver Roland and Addie LaPrad (Prue); and his siblings, Eleanor and Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa McMahon LaPrad; his children, Katherine LaPrad, Kathleen Sullivan, Margaret Smith, Mary Bistram, Sheila Rousell and Thomas LaPrad; his grandchildren, Bo Yee Poon, Ming Tung Poon, Stephanie, Sarah, Robert Smith, Sean LaPrad, Christine, Kenny, Jenna Rousell and Thomas LaPrad; and his sister Helen Fleury of Westville, NY..
