It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Hayes of Conklin, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hayes; her sons, Kenneth (Carla), Kevin (Kelly) and Christopher (Nichole); her grandchildren, Tanner, Levi, Riley and Reid; and her siblings, Gordon Hebbard and Carol Andrews. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
