He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Maxwell E. Conklin and Ruth Havens Conklin; and his brother Robert M Conklin (Dorothy B.). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy H.; his children, Roger E. Conklin Jr. (Brenda), David M. Conklin (Vickie), Lorraine Perez (Joe) and James A. Conklin; and his niece Jodi Chastain. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
