He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Debbie Place (Terry), Kelly Wolcott (Jay), Randy Van Wert (Marcie) and Louie Van Wert (Jodie); his brother Joe (Sandy); his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Brandy, Randy and Joey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joey, Cristen Yanuzzi, Dusty Diem, Jesse Diem, Bradley, Claudia Van Wert, Justin, Cate Van Wert, Devin, Molly Van Wert, Anna, Alex Gorkova and Dillon Wolcott.
