He is survived by: his wife Josephine Phillips; his children, John Phillips (Cathryn), Chuck Phillips, Sheila Place (Edward) and Kathleen Anderson (David); his grandson Chris; and his brother Bill Phillips (Irene). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
